The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aslamanov blocks a head kick by Dween.
Aslamanov moves out of range of the strikes.
Aslamanov fails to land the takedown.
Aslamanov has been working on his balance at Hardcore Fitness Facility, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Dween.

and Dween holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Dween has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Aslamanov clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Aslamanov drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Aslamanov jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That was a close round but I would say that Ruslan Aslamanov will probably get the nod.
