The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruane wants to clinch up but Kloesov keeps it at a distance.
Ruane is looking to clinch but Kloesov is avoiding it.
Kloesov misses with a straight left.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Kloesov stands up from Ruane's guard - Kloesov perhaps looking for a knockout.

Ruane drops his hands momentarily. Kloesov doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Ruane staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Ruane doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Oliver Kloesov!
Oliver Kloesov took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
