The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy left from Fratelli finds it's target.
Fratelli scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Diaz drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Diaz decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Fratelli fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Diaz looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Diaz misses with a series of wild punches.
Fratelli throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Fratelli swats away the attempt to clinch by Diaz.
A big left from Fratelli misses.

Diaz gets a takedown into half guard.
Diaz seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Fratelli works his way to full guard. Good work.
Diaz prevents Fratelli from getting back to his feet.

Diaz gets to his feet. Fratelli looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Fratelli gets caught flat footed, as Diaz shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Diaz tries to free his leg and advance position but Fratelli is retaining full guard.
Fratelli wants to stand and escape but Diaz is having none of it.

Fratelli lands a nice hook to Diaz's body. Diaz takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Diaz throws a series of punches but Fratelli avoids them all with ease.
Diaz moves forwards but Fratelli connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Fratelli ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Fratelli connects with a good right hand that stumbles Diaz. Diaz circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Fratelli's jab looks to have found its range, popping Diaz under the eye.
Diaz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fratelli moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Fratelli swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Diaz.

Diaz is rocked!
Fratelli scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Oh Diaz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fratelli looks winded!
Fratelli drops Diaz with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Diaz! Fratelli dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
