Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steve Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackie Rouisey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rouisey comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Edwin Starr - War kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogers uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rouisey.
Rogers fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Rouisey sprawls well initially but Rogers persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rogers connects with a nice short shot to Rouisey's temple.
