Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Peter Branson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson takes the fight into the clinch.
Trevor looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Jackson connects with a knee to the head.
Trevor drags the fight down to the ground.

Trevor throws a hook to the side of Jackson's head but Jackson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

It looks like Corey Trevor has been cut.

Jackson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Max Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jackson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Trevor pivots, looking for a leg kick but Jackson is out of range and Trevor settles back down.
Jackson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Trevor can't keep his opponent in guard - Jackson advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Trevor has one foot on Jackson's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Jackson. Trevor shrugs it off though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Trevor tries a head kick but it misses.
Jackson comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Jackson lands with a kick to the temple. Trevor shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Jackson cracks a nice hook into Trevor's ribs.

Trevor gets tackled into the cage by Jackson. Jackson maintains the clinch.
Jackson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Jackson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Jackson has his foot on Trevor's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Trevor works his way back into a safe position though.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Trevor decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

Jackson tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Trevor's elbow.
Trevor tries to throw a body punch but Jackson avoids it by throwing Trevor back against the cage.

Trevor breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Trevor shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Jackson is trying to defend but Trevor finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
