The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sturtsil looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Sturtsil perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Dudley has hold of Sturtsil's hands but Sturtsil slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Sturtsil is trying to control. Dudley wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Sturtsil is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Dudley is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Dudley slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Sturtsil stands and throws Dudley's legs to the side, diving into side control.

The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Dudley is looking to reverse the position.
Sturtsil lands a decent elbow from side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dudley takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Sturtsil thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dudley is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Sturtsil moves into full mount! Dudley won't be happy about that!
Dudley is looking to improve his position but Sturtsil isn't that keen on the idea.

Sturtsil loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Dudley scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Sturtsil land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Sturtsil stands and salutes the crowd.
