Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fernando Alonso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and RT Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). RT Fisher will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fernando Alonso! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, RT Fisher! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Aleksandr Martynov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alonso rushes Fisher and presses him up against the cage. Alonso lands a right hand that snaps the head of Fisher backwards.
It looks like RT Fisher has been cut. Fisher doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Alonso is pressed up against the cage. Fisher has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Alonso down to the mat. Alonso avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Fisher shoots in for a takedown but Alonso shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Fisher decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Alonso wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fisher working Alonso over with strikes. Fisher slips a nice elbow through Alonso's hands, connecting with Alonso's forehead. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fisher looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Fisher with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Fisher should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Alonso pushes Fisher off looking to stand but Fisher dives back in and keeps control.
Alonso on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Ground and pound from Fisher.
That's one minute gone in the round. Alonso has hold of Fisher's hands but Fisher slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Fisher slips a nice elbow through Alonso's hands, connecting with Alonso's forehead. Fisher scoring with strikes to the body and head. Fisher lands with a punch from half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Fisher connects with a nice short shot to Alonso's temple. Fisher winds up and cracks Alonso with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Fisher lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Fisher stops Alonso from getting back to his feet.
Alonso taking some punishment here, with Fisher in his half guard. Fisher trying to control the action but Alonso is working from the bottom. Fisher is nestled in close to Alonso, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Fisher has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Fisher is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Fisher controlling the action here. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Alonso on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Fisher is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well, if Fisher is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Fisher seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Alonso is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
