Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between That Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Knott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guy comes to the cage accompanied by Walk by Pantera. That Guy has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, That Guy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jake Knott! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Nard Betker and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Knott looks to score with a jab to the body but Guy is just out of range. Knott clobbers Guy with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Guy takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Knott lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Guy takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Guy misses with a takedown attempt so Knott counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Guy throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Knott escapes and throws Guy's legs to the side, diving into side control! Knott wants to lay and pray for a moment but Guy keeps working. Knott is trying to get an arm triangle but Guy is defending well. Guy is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Knott is working for a kimura but Guy is defending it quite comfortably.
Guy wants to improve his position but Knott is controlling well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Guy is working hard here to advance position. Guy is trying to stand back up but Knott is controlling him
Guy looking for submissions off his back. Guy looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Knott decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Guy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Knott's waist but Knott gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Guy off to one side. Knott lands a left and a right that send Guy crashing to the mat, dazed. Knott thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like That Guy has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Guy closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Knott has hold of Guy's hands but Guy slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Knott pushes Guy off and gets back to his feet. Guy goes for a double leg but Knott avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Knott continues to drive forward. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for That Guy. That's going to take a lot out of him. Guy prevents Knott from breaking the clinch. Guy jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Knott walks away with a smile on his face. Guy gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Guy misses with a takedown and Knott counters with a nice double leg into guard. Guy is breathing heavily. Guy preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Knott stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Guy swivels though and keeps the full guard. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Knott stopping the sweep attempt from Guy. Guy working a defensive guard here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Guy scrambles and gets back to his feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Guy is defended easily by Knott. Jake Knott is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Knott connects with a body shot that sends Guy's belly button to the back. Knott throws a nice looking combination but Guy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Guy closes this distance looking for a takedown but Knott circles away. Guy gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Knott counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Guy! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Guy can't do much from the bottom here. Knott is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Guy is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Knott looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Knott is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Guy has escaped the position, nice work there. Guy avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Knott. Guy looking for a sweep but Knott has passed into full mount! Oh no! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Knott working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jake Knott dominated that round. The cut man is working on That Guy's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Guy takes one to the chin there. Guy bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Guy goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Knott has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Guy but great work by Knott. Knott thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Knott wants to control but Guy is keeping him busy. Guy wants to get back to his feet but Knott drags him back down. Guy is looking to regain half guard here but Knott keeps moving and retains side control. Knott is trying to get an arm triangle but Guy is defending well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Knott looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Knott wants to take a breather but Guy manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Knott. Knott stopping the sweep attempt from Guy. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Guy is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Knott drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Knott jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guy is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Knott preventing the sweep. Knott is looking to work some ground and pound but Guy has wrist control. Guy looking to hit a scissor sweep but Knott is one step ahead there. Knott drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Guy manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Knott has Guy in his guard. Knott working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Guy.

Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Knott is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Guy is controlling him. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Guy lands a couple of digs. Knott wants to stand but Guy is controlling the position. Guy is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Knott is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Knott has escaped and now he's on top! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That Guy dominated that second round. The cut man is working on That Guy's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Knott avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Guy closes the distance and clinches up with Knott, looking for a takedown. Guy pushes Knott against the cage but Knott circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Jake Knott seems to be getting the better of the standup. Knott cracks Guy with an open hand slap. Knott scoring well with a low kick there.
Horrible takedown by Guy or perhaps it was just good defense by Knott which made him look bad. Guy shoots and misses and Knott counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Knott. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for That Guy. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Knott controlling from the top position. Guy keeping full guard, as Knott tries to pass. Knott's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Guy had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Knott defends it easily. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Knott is looking to work some ground and pound but Guy has wrist control. Knott pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Guy is keeping the position for now. Guy looking to control.
Guy is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Knott is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Guy chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Knott can pounce on him.
Guy shoots in and drives through. Knott sprawls well. Knott moves out of range as Guy throws a body kick.
Guy shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Knott defends it nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Knott changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Knott lands with a thumping leg kick.
Knott lands with a kick to the temple. Guy shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Knott lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Knott. Knott looks to land a combination. Guy sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Knott throws a nice outside leg kick. Knott moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Guy is rocked! Guy glances at the clock... BAM! Knott nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Guy crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Guy is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jake Knott!
