Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ice Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kay Yak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man comes into the arena with Its Dark and Hell is Hot blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Yak might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Yak is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Man scores with a one two! Yak had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Man fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Yak manages to avoid it.
Man cracks Yak with a right hand to the side of the head.
Kay Yak's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Yak takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Yak throws an overhand right that lands on Man's shoulder, as Man tries to avoid the shot.
Man rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Yak moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Yak missing with a left hand there. Man was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Man scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Yak doesn't seem bothered though.

Yak throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Man connects with a right hand. Yak shakes it off.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kay Yak's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Ice Man!
Ice Man took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
