Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yo Ko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mish Mosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ko comes to the cage accompanied by You are.. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Yo Ko! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mish Mosh! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Santiago Holmes and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ko moves into the clinch successfully.
Ko lands a damaging elbow. Ko lands an elbow inside that Mosh shrugs off. Ko lands an elbow that stopped Mosh in his tracks for a moment. Ko lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Ko stalling.
Ko gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Ko pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mosh is keeping the position for now. Ko won't allow Mosh to get back to his feet. Mosh looks winded! Ko throwing strikes from guard but Mosh blocks nicely. Ko trying to control the position from guard on top but Mosh is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ko is looking to work some ground and pound but Mosh has wrist control. Ko wants to pass the guard but Mosh is keeping the position. Ko in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ko throwing strikes but missing. Mosh keeping moving, preventing Ko from controlling successfully. Ko looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Mosh leaves Ko with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Ko tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Mosh defends well and Ko ends up having to push Mosh into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Ko turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Ko manages to end up in side control. Ko is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Mosh is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. An elbow from Ko crashes against the mat.
Ko is trying to ground and pound but Mosh uses the momentary lack of control by Ko to regain half guard. Ko is working for a submission of some sort.
Ko is pressing down on Mosh's thigh, looking to free his foot. Mosh is holding on for now.

Yo Ko dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Ko tries to close the distance and clinch but Mosh swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Ko shoots and misses and Mosh counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Ko! Mosh working the head and body with strikes. Ko struggling a bit here. Ko is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Mosh off and has taken his back! Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Ko throwing wild punches that miss their target. Mosh controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position. Ko is looking for a choke. Mosh gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Mosh manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard. Mosh is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ko trying to keep a closed guard but Mosh is proving a slippery customer.

Ko looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Ko bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mosh's guard. Ko trying to control the position from guard on top but Mosh is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

We're going to have a standup here because Yo Ko wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Ko misses with a takedown attempt and Mosh counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mosh is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ko working to try and regain half guard.
Ko is working hard here to advance position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ko knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mosh on the ground. Mosh has hold of Ko's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Ko manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Ko slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Yo Ko overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Mosh wants to free his trapped foot but Ko is holding on for dear life with his legs. Ko is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Mosh pulls his head out easily. Mosh is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Ko tries to get out of the position. Ko won't allow Mosh to pass to mount. Ko gets full guard. Ko tries to land a sweep but no joy. Mosh throws a big right hand that misses. Ko looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mosh is one step ahead there. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ko controls Mosh momentarily but Mosh frees himself. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ko keeping full guard, as Mosh tries to pass. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Yo Ko will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Ko looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Ko moves into the clinch. Mosh takes an elbow to the temple. Ko displaying some good clinch control by pressing Mosh up against the cage. Mosh's coach down at Cozad The Island was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Mosh's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Ko lands a damaging elbow. Mosh takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Ko wants to control from the top but Mosh keeps moving. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Yo Ko is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

We're going to have a standup here because Yo Ko wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ko is defended easily by Mosh. Ko shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mosh as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yo Ko. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ko doesn't manage to clinch there - Mosh circles away.

Ko with a lazy takedown attempt and Mosh counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Mosh thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Ko looking to control.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that's the end of the fight! Yo Ko showed his dominance in that final round. Well Ko has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
