The crowd are calling 'kneeees!' as Powarenko has the Thai clinch. Powarenko obliges, smashing a knee brutally into Kuiva's nose and sending him crashing to the canvas! Will be beat the count?! 3,4,5,6,7,8...9... and he's up on 9! Wow, that was close! The referee takes a long look and is going to allow it to continue!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
