The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Hirohito Nitta and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakuraba lands a nice shot to the body.
Nakumura looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Horrible takedown by Sakuraba or perhaps it was just good defense by Nakumura which made him look bad.
Sakuraba ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Sakuraba connects with the punch.
Nice uppercut there from Sakuraba.
It looks like Akira Nakumura has been cut.
Nakumura takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Nakumura takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sakuraba drives through with a takedown into Nakumura's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Sakuraba works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Sakuraba maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Nakumura could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Sakuraba has cracked it and Nakumura is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Sakuraba!
