Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Curtis Brighamovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and MAX SWAGGER (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying SWAGGER's choice of entrance music: Crawl/ Kings of Leon. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Curtis Brighamovic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, MAX SWAGGER!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
SWAGGER rushes Brighamovic and presses him up against the cage.
SWAGGER just leaning against Brighamovic, taking a breather.
SWAGGER manages to break the clinch.
Brighamovic tries to clinch but SWAGGER moves away
and SWAGGER counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by SWAGGER.
A knee to the head by SWAGGER.
SWAGGER escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Brighamovic tries to clinch up
and SWAGGER counters with a shoot takedown. Brighamovic fights it but they end up in guard.
SWAGGER working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Brighamovic trying to control the position.
Brighamovic bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in SWAGGER's guard.
SWAGGER is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
SWAGGER is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Brighamovic drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and SWAGGER dives on top into guard.
SWAGGER works over Brighamovic with some ground and pound from guard.
Brighamovic wants to sweep but no luck.
SWAGGER trying to control the position from guard on top but Brighamovic is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
SWAGGER is working Brighamovic over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Brighamovic has his foot on SWAGGER's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. SWAGGER works his way back into a safe position though.
SWAGGER throwing strikes but missing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Brighamovic had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. SWAGGER is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Brighamovic Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take SWAGGER's back instead.
Brighamovic is breathing heavily.
SWAGGER can't escape the position.
SWAGGER showing good submission defense here.
Brighamovic is throwing strikes by SWAGGER counters by rolling into a better position. After a scramble, SWAGGER regains half guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Brighamovic stops SWAGGER from getting back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
SWAGGER has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Brighamovic is working away from the top position though.
SWAGGER gets back to full guard.
Brighamovic won't allow SWAGGER to get back to his feet.
SWAGGER looking for a sweep. Not yet SWAGGER, not yet.
SWAGGER working a defensive guard here.
SWAGGER is pulling down on Brighamovic's head. It's preventing any offense from Brighamovic, at least for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
SWAGGER is looking for a triangle here but Brighamovic uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Brighamovic slows the pace down.
Brighamovic is looking to take a break and control but SWAGGER is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
SWAGGER is looking for a sweep.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
MAX SWAGGER dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Brighamovic closes the distance but SWAGGER moves to the side
and SWAGGER counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Brighamovic's guard now.
SWAGGER trying to control the position from guard on top but Brighamovic is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
SWAGGER has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Brighamovic to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! SWAGGER is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Brighamovic pulls down on the head and he's put SWAGGER to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Curtis Brighamovic!
