Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ryo Nakamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toreo Morimoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Ryo Nakamura has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryo Nakamura!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Toreo Morimoto!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nakamura will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Nice uppercut lands for Morimoto. That snapped Nakamura's head back.
Morimoto throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Morimoto looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
A low kick from Nakamura misses
and Morimoto counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Nakamura defending well as Morimoto loads up on a big left hand.
Nakamura fails in his attempt to clinch.
Nakamura takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Nakamura misses with a jab, cross combination.
Nakamura misses with a two punch combination.
Nakamura shoots in for a double leg but Morimoto sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Morimoto scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Morimoto throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Nakamura was covering up waiting for the punch and Morimoto finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Morimoto with a flurry of punches that miss.
Nakamura utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Nakamura knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Morimoto on the ground.
Morimoto is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Nakamura will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Nakamura is breathing heavily.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Morimoto accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Morimoto drops back looking for a leg! Nakamura is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Nakamura manages to kick Morimoto off! Morimoto jumps back into Nakamura's guard.

Morimoto is looking to work some ground and pound but Nakamura has wrist control.
Morimoto drops back looking for a leg! Nakamura is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Nakamura manages to kick Morimoto off! Morimoto jumps back into Nakamura's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Nakamura has momentary wrist control but Morimoto slips an elbow through the middle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Morimoto keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Nakamura's head.
Morimoto throws a big elbow that misses.
Morimoto is stalling in the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Morimoto's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Toreo Morimoto dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
Morimoto feints with a jab and clips Nakamura right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Nakamura is sent crashing into the canvas and Morimoto leaps in for the kill! Nakamura tries to get to his feet but Morimoto is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Nakamura is in need of a savior and steps in!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Toreo Morimoto!
