Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Mcal Lopez!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Steven Brown and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopez with a poor takedown
and Magnusson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Magnusson is taking a breather. Lopez says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lopez is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Magnusson pulls his head out easily.
Magnusson winds up and cracks Lopez with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Lopez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Magnusson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lopez wants to control but Magnusson is keeping busy.
Magnusson in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Lopez tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Magnusson!
