Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Santiago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonathan Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Santiago comes to the cage accompanied by Baauer - Harlem Shake. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santiago misses with a hook. Hall ducked under it nicely.
Hall dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Santiago. That did some damage!
Hall connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Hall scores with a nice right hand.
Hall sizes up Santiago with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Hall clobbers Santiago with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Santiago fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Santiago takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
A left lands for Hall.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hall misses with an uppercut
and Santiago counters with a leg kick.

Hall has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Hall tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Santiago swivels and escapes.
Hall is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Santiago had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Hall throws a good cross that connects.
Santiago fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hall sprawls well initially but Santiago persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Hall is looking for a sweep. Santiago is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Hall looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Hall is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Santiago's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Santiago takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Santiago takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hall moves out of range of the body kick from Santiago.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jonathan Hall dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Hall swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Santiago.
Santiago is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Santiago defending well as Hall loads up on a big left hand.
Hall throws the left hand but Santiago avoids the punch easily.
Hall misses with a body kick.
Hall closes this distance looking for a takedown but Santiago circles away.
Santiago tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Hall defends well and Santiago ends up having to push Hall into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Santiago is working for takedown but Hall is calmly controlling the position for now.

Santiago has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Hall clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Hall might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Santiago haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jorge Santiago will probably get the nod.

Jonathan Hall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hall tries to land a front kick but Santiago steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

A bone on bone clash there as Santiago blocks the leg kick.
Santiago throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hall's waist but Hall gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Santiago off to one side.
Hall buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Santiago dives in for a single leg takedown but Hall sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Hall. Santiago shrugs it off though.

Hall takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Jonathan Hall comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
