Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nian Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gotyf Tymanok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gotyf Tymanok will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tymanok leaves Lee with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Tymanok looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Lee gets full guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lee is on top in guard.
Tymanok wants to sweep but no luck.
Lee loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Lee might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Lee drops back looking for a leg! Tymanok is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tymanok manages to kick Lee off! Lee jumps back into Tymanok's guard.
Lee slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Lee trying to control but Tymanok is working from the bottom.

Lee is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Tymanok is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Lee wants to pass the guard but Tymanok is keeping the position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Lee postures up.
Lee passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Lee is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Tymanok has escaped the position, nice work there.

Lee wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Tymanok, who protects the arm well.
Tymanok really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lee. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Lee is trying to get an arm triangle but Tymanok is defending well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tymanok is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Lee asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Tymanok is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
