7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kurt Averson! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Averson avoids the head kick by Brown.
Averson shoots in looking for a takedown. Brown tries to sprawl out of it but Averson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brown manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Averson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Brown is trying to defend but Averson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Brown is trying to stand.

Averson seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Brown is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
