Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Blood Noise (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Caster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Blood Noise!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Thomas Caster!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Radbod Blank and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noise just misses with a punch to the body.
Caster defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Noise.
Caster slips a jab and a cross from Noise.
Noise takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Caster lands with a nice combination. Noise backs away looking to recover.


It looks like Blood Noise has been cut.

Noise shoots in and gets a takedown into Caster's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Caster trying to control the position.

Caster is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Noise is aware though and is defending well.
Caster looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Noise might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Caster had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Noise defends it easily.
Noise slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Caster is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Noise's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Noise wants to lay and pray for a moment but Caster keeps working.
Noise thows a huge punch but Caster dodges it nicely.
Caster is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Caster is trying to stand back up but Noise is controlling him
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Caster is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Noise pulls his head out easily.
Caster is trying to stand up here but Noise is controlling him well.

Noise trying to control from half guard but Caster is working away.
Caster trying to control but Noise postures up.
Noise wants to lay and pray for a moment but Caster keeps working.
Caster is trying to control but can't.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Thomas Caster was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Caster has taken the fight to the clinch.
Noise jumps guard but Caster stands there with Noise around his waist. Noise gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Caster blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Noise letting Caster take a breather here.
Noise is pressed up against the ropes. Caster has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Noise down to the mat. Noise avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Noise defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Caster.

Noise definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Noise throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

A nice left hand lands by Caster.

Caster has hold of one of Noise's legs. Noise is fighting the takedown attempt but Caster gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Caster controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Caster must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Noise is trying to control the position but Caster postures up.

We're going to have a standup here because Blood Noise wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Caster shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Caster showed some decent athleticism there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Noise shoots in for a takedown but Caster shows good takedown defense.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Caster scores with a hook to the body. Noise takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Noise tries to clinch up.
Noise's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Noise duly obliges.
Caster has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Noise fails with the takedown.
Caster misses with a low kick.

Caster shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Caster was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Caster tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Noise regains half guard.

Caster takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Noise trying to control from the bottom.
Caster is trying to control the action in half guard but Noise is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Thomas Caster.
Caster tries to clinch but Noise moves out of range.

Caster drives through with a takedown into Noise's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Noise looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Noise.
Caster on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Noise. Noise obviously looking to wear him down.
Noise is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Noise tries to clinch but Caster moves out of range.

Caster tries to bum rush Noise with a series of wild strikes but Noise uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Caster looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Noise is fending him off so far but Caster persists. Nope, Noise circles away and we're back to standing.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Noise enables Caster to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Noise manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Noise controls Caster momentarily but Caster frees himself.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Caster drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Noise dives on top into guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Thomas Caster showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Caster moves out of range of the strikes.

Noise scores with a takedown into Caster's guard.
Caster keeping moving, preventing Noise from controlling successfully.

Caster looking for subs off his back but Noise has passed one foot through into half guard.

Noise decides to return to a standing position.

and Caster counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Caster.
Noise has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Caster is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Noise is defending well.
Noise fails to pull guard.
Noise with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Noise creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Caster's defenses.

Caster breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Noise gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Caster to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Caster is looking to work some ground and pound but Noise has wrist control.

Caster sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Noise's guard.
Caster is controlling the pace.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Caster is looking to advance position but Noise won't allow it.
Noise is trying to stand back up but Caster is controlling him

Caster seems to be working for a kimura but Noise defends the submission attempt.
Still in half guard, Caster seems content to control.

Caster is trying to control the action in half guard but Noise is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Noise is looking to improve his position.
Caster is controlling the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Thomas Caster.
Caster shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Noise as he avoids it easily.

Caster fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Noise, pushing him back against the ropes.

Noise has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Caster uses from the top position.

Caster has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Noise is proving hard to escape from.
Noise is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

I would just about give that final round to Thomas Caster.
Well Caster has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
