And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Damien Edna and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Badaoui moves into the clinch.
Badaoui lands a takedown into guard.
We've been hearing that Badaoui has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Badaoui in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
It looks like Owen Burger has been cut.
Burger is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Badaoui asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Badaoui looks up at the clock and then as Burger takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Badaoui smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
That has opened up Owen Burger's cut even more.
Badaoui cracks Burger with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Badaoui immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Burger is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Badaoui!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lyes Badaoui!
