Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kickin Rad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanton Crowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rad comes to the cage accompanied by Kids Of The K-Hole. Crowe has chosen The Builders & The Butchers - Bringing Home The Rain as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Stanton Crowe has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
28 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kickin Rad! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Stanton Crowe! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rad lands with a kick to the temple. Crowe shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
It looks like Stanton Crowe has been cut. Crowe lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Rad avoids the body shot from Crowe.
The fighters circling - Crowe throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Crowe has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Rad. Rad misses with a head kick.
Rad connects with a single shot there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rad swings and misses with a hook to the body.

and Crowe counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Rad's guard now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Crowe loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Crowe pushing down on Rad's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Crowe trying to control the action but Rad is working from the bottom. Crowe wants to pass to mount but Rad is defending the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rad wants to get back to full guard. Rad wants to control but Crowe is keeping busy.
Rad on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Crowe working over Rad with some ground and pound. Rad looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Rad is staying active underneath Crowe, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rad is in trouble now - Crowe has advanced to mount! Rad is desperately trying to improve his position but Crowe has a good base and remains in mount. Crowe putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Crowe working the ground and pound effectively.
A nice elbow there by Crowe.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crowe postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Rad bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Crowe and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stanton Crowe! Stanton Crowe is the new heavyweight champion! Stanton Crowe spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
