Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karol Pijakowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Emelianenko comes into the arena with Joe Esposito- You're the best around blaring out of the sound system. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emelianenko misses with an uppercut.
Pijakowski takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
It looks like Karol Pijakowski has been cut.
Emelianenko throws a right and a left that both miss.
Pijakowski shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pijakowski gets a takedown into half guard.
Pijakowski wants to stand up but Emelianenko is controlling the position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Emelianenko drives through and clinches with Pijakowski against the cage.

Emelianenko has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Pijakowski uses from the top position.
Pijakowski wants to control from the top but Emelianenko keeps moving.
Emelianenko is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Pijakowski rolls with it to try and escape but Emelianenko cranks on the arm and Pijakowski is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

After the fight, Fedor Emelianenko was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
