The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penzer throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Gerltz counters with an outside leg kick.
Penzer scores with a leg kick.
Penzer slips a straight right by Gerltz.
Penzer slips a jab from Gerltz.
Gerltz cracks the inside of Penzer's front leg.
Penzer misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A slapping leg kick lands for Gerltz.
Gerltz misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Penzer misses the shot to the body.
Gerltz will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Penzer has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Elite Fighting Temple in the buildup to the fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gerltz throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gerltz lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Penzer has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Penzer and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Penzer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gerltz moves away.
No joy there for Penzer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Gerltz misses with the combination.

Gerltz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Penzer scores with a shot to the body.
Penzer misses with a wild body shot.
Gerltz lands a jab to the nose.
Gerltz moves out of range of the body kick.
Lawrance Gerltz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Penzer blocks a leg kick.
Gerltz throws a low kick but it's checked well by Penzer.
Gerltz throws a head kick but Penzer moves out of range.
Penzer scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Lawrance Gerltz has been cut.
Gerltz tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Penzer paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Penzer dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gerltz. That did some damage!
Penzer shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Penzer wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gerltz keeps working.

Gerltz tries to roll over but Penzer keeps him under control.
