The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tel� punishes Ramierez's body with a nice straight punch.
Tel� lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A cross from Tel� lands.
It looks like George Ramierez has been cut.
Ramierez scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Ramierez fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Tel� is holding Ramierez down, trying to stall.
Tel� can't do much from the bottom here.
Tel� felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Ramierez is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Tel� knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
