Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robbie Rockin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trey Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Robbie Rockin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Trey Brown! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Aafke Stam and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Brown slips under a jab from Rockin. Robbie Rockin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A jab from Rockin misses. Rockin lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Rockin throws a low kick but it's checked well by Brown. Brown loads up on a big right hand but Rockin slips the punch. Rockin jabs Brown right on the nose. Brown blinks but takes it well. Brown lands a front kick. Brown throws a body kick that misses. Rockin moves out of range of the strikes. Brown uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Rockin. Brown misses with a looping right. Rockin bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Brown's head backwards. Rockin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Brown moves away. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A big left from Rockin misses. Rockin swings and misses with a shot to the body and Brown connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Robbie Rockin has been cut. Both fighters circling a little - Rockin finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rockin takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Rockin lands an overhand right. Rockin throws a lazy right hand but Brown sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Brown has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Rockin scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Rockin throws a lazy right hand but Brown sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Rockin sends Brown crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Rockin is motioning to the referee to let Brown up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Brown is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rockin throws a head kick that misses. Rockin throws a wild body kick that Brown sees coming a mile off. Rockin looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Brown moves away from the strike by Rockin. Brown has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Rockin. Rockin is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Brown is still on wobbly legs! Can Rockin finish him? Brown bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Brown seems to have recovered his senses. Brown ducks under a wild hook from Rockin. Brown throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rockin throws a leg kick but Brown moved away. A good leg kick by Brown. Brown throws out a loose jab but Rockin uses good head movement to avoid it. A big left from Brown misses. Rockin throws a head kick but Brown moves out of range.
Rockin throws a body shot but no joy. Rockin throws a nice inside leg kick. Rockin connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Rockin avoids the head kick by Brown.
Brown throws a leg kick but Rockin checks it. Brown turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Brown changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Rockin blocks the body kick.
Rockin lands with an uppercut that bounces Brown off the cage and back into range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown misses with a looping right. Rockin throws a leg kick and Brown counters with a body kick that stops Rockin in his tracks momentarily. Brown throws a hook to the side of Rockin's head but Rockin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Rockin swings widly with a right hand
enabling Brown to counter with a crisp jab. Rockin lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Rockin. Rockin takes a body punch but keeps moving. Brown lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Rockin misses with a leg kick and Brown counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Rockin tries to break free but Brown pushes him back against the cage. Rockin lands a left hand that snaps the head of Brown backwards. Rockin breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Rockin smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Brown attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Rockin moves out of range of the leg kick from Brown. BOOM! Rockin lands a beautiful left hook that drops Brown. Brown tries to recover but Rockin is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Brown lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
