Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dor Fisher!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Muhammad Khan!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fisher circles away from the clinch attempt

and Fisher counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Khan's guard now.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Khan controls Fisher momentarily but Fisher frees himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Khan is pulling down on Fisher's head. It's preventing any offense from Fisher, at least for the moment.
Khan is trying to keep Fisher in close.
Fisher passes Khan's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Fisher seems to be looking for submissions.
Khan is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Fisher's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Fisher's back!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fisher rolls, trying to escape but Khan keeps control of the position.
Fisher looking very determined here, making life difficult for Khan.
Fisher manages to reverse the position and now he's in Khan's guard. Nice work there by Fisher.

Fisher is pushing down on Khan's leg trying to pass to half guard. Khan is fighting to maintain full guard but Fisher has managed to sneak the leg through.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Fisher is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Khan has managed to free his arm - good work.

Fisher seems to be looking for submissions.
Khan is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Khan is looking to control Fisher's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Khan avoid being mounted?
Fisher wants to lay and pray for a moment but Khan keeps working.
Khan regains full guard. Nicely done.

Fisher is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Khan is trying to control the position but Fisher postures up.
Khan manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Fisher manages to get himself to full guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Fisher looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Khan wants to control from the top but Fisher keeps moving.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Fisher pulls Khan in close to prevent any damage.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Muhammad Khan.
Khan fails in his attempt to clinch.

Khan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Fisher paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Khan is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Muhammad Khan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Khan takes the fight into the clinch.
Khan throws an elbow but it misses.
Fisher avoids a wild elbow strike from Khan.
Fisher blocks an elbow strike.

Fisher pulls guard.

Khan is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Fisher has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Khan is looking to defend but Fisher has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Khan! Fisher pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Khan taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Dor Fisher!
