Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, BIg Oheat! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ragnar Kveldulfson! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kveldulfson feints and as Oheat raises his hands in defense, Kveldulfson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Oheat looking for a guillotine here but Kveldulfson defends easily.
Kveldulfson lands a couple of decent looking shots. Oheat is looking for a triangle but Kveldulfson pushes his legs off easily.
Oheat is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Kveldulfson is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Oheat has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kveldulfson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kveldulfson is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Oheat can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kveldulfson controls the pace. Kveldulfson passes into half guard. Kveldulfson lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Kveldulfson content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oheat wants to get back to full guard. Kveldulfson looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Kveldulfson is controlling the pace.
Kveldulfson scoring with strikes to the body and head. Kveldulfson is nestled in close to Oheat, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Kveldulfson is looking to take a break and control but Oheat is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Nice strikes from Kveldulfson there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! That's two minutes gone in the round. Oheat makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Oheat. Kveldulfson trying to control but Oheat is working from the bottom. Oheat working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kveldulfson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kveldulfson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Kveldulfson cracks Oheat with a solid left hand. Kveldulfson works over Oheat with some ground and pound from guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kveldulfson showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Kveldulfson landing some decent shots from guard. Kveldulfson lands a couple of digs. Kveldulfson lands a couple of decent looking shots.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kveldulfson content to stall in guard here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kveldulfson postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Oheat is rocked! Kveldulfson looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Kveldulfson lands a couple of digs. Oh Oheat is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Kveldulfson landing some decent shots from guard. Kveldulfson scoring with some ground and pound. Oheat is looking for a triangle but Kveldulfson pushes his legs off easily.

Oheat seems to have got his legs back now. Oheat is breathing heavily. Kveldulfson connects with a couple of short punches. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kveldulfson lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kveldulfson wants to control from the top but Oheat keeps moving. Kveldulfson distracts Oheat with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Kveldulfson loads up on a big left hand. Oheat felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Kveldulfson looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Oheat can't hide his disappointment, as Kveldulfson celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ragnar Kveldulfson! A very excited looking Ragnar Kveldulfson made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
