Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Felipe Estrada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Colt Cannon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Cannon is looking to clinch but Estrada is avoiding it.

Jab, jab by Estrada - just one landing.

Estrada shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cannon pinned against the cage. Cannon gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Cannon tries to bum rush Estrada with a series of wild strikes but Estrada uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Cannon closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Estrada is looking to regain half guard here but Cannon keeps moving and retains side control.

Estrada is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Cannon has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Estrada.
Estrada doesn't have the hooks in and Cannon manages to turn into his guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Oh but Estrada is tightening it up a little... Cannon has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Cannon reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Cannon taps out! nice BJJ there by Estrada!
