Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Wayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roller Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Yes. Jon Wayne has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Gracie is looking for a sweep.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Wayne trying to control the action but Gracie is working from the bottom.
Gracie is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Gracie manages to get to full guard.
Gracie looking for a guillotine here but Wayne defends easily.
Gracie wants to sweep but no luck.
Gracie manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wayne manages to get himself to full guard.
Wayne is looking to stand up but Gracie isn't so interested in that idea.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wayne swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Gracie is pushing down on Wayne's leg trying to pass to half guard. Wayne is fighting to maintain full guard but Gracie has managed to sneak the leg through.
Wayne is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Wayne shoots in for a takedown but Gracie shows good takedown defense.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Gracie tries to clinch but Wayne is having none of it.
Wayne fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Gracie doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Wayne counters with a single leg into guard. Gracie didn't expect that.
Wayne is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Wayne is breathing heavily.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Gracie had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Wayne is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Gracie Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Wayne's back instead.

Wayne defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Gracie's arms.

Well, with Gracie on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Wayne is tapping out... Can he escape the position?

Gracie should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Wayne instigates a clinch.
Gracie with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Gracie tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Wayne just stands there and leans against the ropes.

Jon Wayne has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roller Gracie.

Gracie bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Wayne's guard.
