Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Uriah Faber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caio Lucio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Uriah Faber!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Caio Lucio!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Paul Tew and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lucio looks to land a right hand but Faber moved out of range.
Uriah Faber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lucio throws a jab but it's blocked by Faber.
Faber takes one on the button.
Faber displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lucio throws out the jab.
Lucio misses with an uppercut
and Faber counters with a head kick.
Lucio thows a left - swing and a miss!
Lucio cracks Faber with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Lucio fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Faber manages to avoid it.
Faber darts in and clinches Lucio up against the cage.
Lucio working aggressively here.
Faber drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lucio gets the underhooks and prevents it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Lucio takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Faber goes for a takedown attempt but Lucio pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A telegraphed right hand from Lucio misses the target.
Lucio lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Faber circles away quickly and effectively.
Faber throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lucio was covering up waiting for the punch and Faber finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Lucio can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Faber controls the pace.
Faber slips nicely into half guard.
Lucio wants to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Faber content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Faber in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Lucio tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Faber!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Uriah Faber!
Uriah Faber got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
