The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Basa looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Basa fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Andrews is looking to land body kicks.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Basa connects with a leg kick. Andrews looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Andrews looks winded!
Basa feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Andrews's calf.
Andrews gets tackled into the cage by Basa. Basa maintains the clinch.

It looks like Steven Andrews has been cut.
Basa lands an elbow inside.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Basa.
Andrews misses with a hook to the ribs.
Basa landing knees to the head.
That has opened up Steven Andrews's cut even more.
Basa putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Andrews in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Basa maintains plum control as Andrews tries to back straight out! Basa connects with one knee! Two knees! Three, four, five, six...seven unasnwered knees! Andrews blocks the eight but eats the ninth - then collapses! Oh the brutality!

A less than humble Marco Basa misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
