Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bam Pow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bling Bling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Bam Pow has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Pow tries to clinch
and Bling counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Bling has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Clean and Green. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Bling drops back, looking for a kneebar! Pow looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Pow looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Pow!
Bling is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Pow off and has taken his back!

Bling is cranking Pow's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Pow! He's tightened the choke and Pow is tapping out!
