Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Pedro Marcelo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, LeRoy Parker!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Taro Takaoka and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker just misses with a punch to the body.
Marcelo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Marcelo gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Parker.
Parker throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Parker feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Marcelos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Parker is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Marcelo had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Nice uppercut lands for Parker. That snapped Marcelo's head back.

Marcelo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Parker tries to avoid it but Marcelo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Parker to the ground. Parker escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Marcelo. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

An out of breath LeRoy Parker thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
Pedro Marcelo was interviewed post fight and said 'I wanted the rematch I got it and lost, now I no he's just a better fighter than me '.
