Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Brew Master! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jeremy Barrett! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, David Hoff and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Master ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Barrett moves away. Barrett lands a glancing blow to the side of Master's head. Master throws a body punch but Barrett moves out of range. Master lands with an uppercut that bounces Barrett off the cage and back into range. Master seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Master looks to score with a jab to the body but Barrett is just out of range. Barrett stuffs the takedown attempt from Master. Master gets slowly back to his feet. Barrett looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Barrett thows a body shot but no joy. Master lands a head shot. Master swings and misses with a shot to the body and Barrett connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Barrett's jab looks to have found its range, popping Master under the eye. Master swings for the body but Barrett moves out of range.

Master is looking to wear down Barrett with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Master wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
That's one minute gone in the round. Master closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Barrett parries the strikes from Master easily there. Master is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Barrett to escape.
Master throws an elbow but Barrett slips to the side and avoids it well. The ground and pound from Master seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Barrett tries to buck Master off but Master is having none of it. Master cracks Barrett with a big elbow. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Barrett can do anything to dispel that myth. Master working the ground and pound but Barrett is defending the strikes. Master works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Master fails to land a wild elbow strike.

Master is working Barrett over with some ground and pound from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Master in side control, throwing shots but Barrett defends. Barrett tries to buck Master off but Master is having none of it. Master throwing shots but missing, from side control. Master landing a few strikes. Master tries to advance to mount but Barrett denies him. Master trying to control the position but Barrett is working away. Master fails to land a wild elbow strike.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Barrett can't do much from the bottom here. Master has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Barrett is looking to reverse the position. Master throwing strikes but missing, from side control. This has been an exciting period of action! Barrett wants to control but Master postures up. Master tries to move to mount but Barrett blocks the move with his legs. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Master in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Master lands an elbow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brew Master dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Master scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Master takes a swing at Barrett's ribcage but misses. Master fails with a takedown attempt. Master moves forwards but Barrett connects with a nice, crisp jab. Master thows a body shot but no joy. Barrett digs a good hook to Master's body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Master misses with a series of wild punches.
Barrett changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Barrett lands with a good body shot. Master misses with a wild body shot. Barrett lands a body shot.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Barrett lands with an uppercut that bounces Master off the cage and back into range. Master swings for the body but Barrett moves out of range.
Brew Master seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Barrett connects with a single shot there. Donk. Barrett catches Master right on the button with a cross. Master throws a hook to the side of Barrett's head but Barrett sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Barrett feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Master sprawling to the canvas! Master rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Barrett finish him?!
Master is rocked! Master swings and misses with a shot to the body and Barrett counters with a huge right that knocks Master out cold! Barrett is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
