Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kickit Ingear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Neho Kipei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kickit Ingear could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Neho Kipei's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kickit Ingear! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Neho Kipei! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kipei will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Kipei fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Ingear stuffs the takedown attempt from Kipei. Kipei gets slowly back to his feet. Kickit Ingear has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Neho Kipei. Kipei throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ingear was covering up waiting for the punch and Kipei finishes the takedown easily into guard. Kipei throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ingear works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Ingear preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Kipei keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Ingear's head. Ingear knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kipei on the ground. Kipei works over Ingear with some ground and pound from guard. Kipei loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Ingear wants to stand but Kipei is controlling the position. Kipei wants to control from the top but Ingear keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kipei is looking to work some ground and pound but Ingear has wrist control. Kipei postures up and lands a big shot to Ingear's brow. Kipei postures up and lands a big shot to Ingear's brow. Ingear definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Kipei throws a big right hand that misses. Ingear working for a triangle but Kipei defends it easily.
Kipei distracts Ingear with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Kipei stands up over Ingear, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kipei with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kipei is working Ingear over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Kipei not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Kipei trying to control the position from guard on top but Ingear is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kipei trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ingear looking for a sweep. Not yet Ingear, not yet. Kipei wants to control from the top but Ingear keeps moving. Kipei might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Ingear haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Neho Kipei. Kipei darts in looking for a takedown but Ingear gets double underhooks and turns Kipei into the cage. Kipei wants the takedown. Ingear is fighting it off but Kipei persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Ingear's guard against the cage. Kipei pushes down on Ingear's leg and manages to get into half guard. Kipei not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Ingear is looking to improve his position.
Kipei working over Ingear with some ground and pound. Ingear looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Ingear blocking the ground and pound attempt from Kipei. Kipei frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Kipei wants to control the pace but Ingear is squirming around nicely. Kipei controlling the position easily from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kipei scoring with strikes but Ingear is staying in there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kipei is landing with some decent strikes but Ingear is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Ingear is rocked! A big strike lands for Kipei! That's really hurt Ingear and he's turned his back - Kipei keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Kipei jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Neho Kipei! A pretty intense looking Neho Kipei took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
