Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Diego Nunes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricson Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Black Eyed Peas - Pump It. Diego Nunes could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ricson Gracie's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Seu Braga and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Nunes defends well and Gracie ends up having to push Nunes into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Nunes stops a takedown attempt from Gracie.
Gracie is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Nunes gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Diego Nunes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ricson Gracie.
Nunes lands a hook to the side of the head.
Gracie wants to take the fight to the mat but Nunes manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Nunes's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nunes pushes Gracie off looking to stand but Gracie dives back in and keeps control.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Gracie lands a nice short elbow.
Gracie thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Nunes's head.
Nunes seems to have got his legs back now.
Gracie lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Nunes definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Gracie working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Gracie drops an elbow to the side of Nunes's head.

Gracie takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Gracie is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Gracie is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Nunes is hurt! He's hurt bad - Gracie fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Nunes from any more punishment! Congratulations to Gracie! Great finish!
