Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between DeAndre Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piotr Rasputin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, DeAndre Brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Piotr Rasputin ! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Aafke Stam and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown wants to clinch up but Rasputin keeps it at a distance. Brown digs a good hook to Rasputin 's body.
Rasputin scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Rasputin sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Brown is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Brown is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Rasputin throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Brown knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rasputin on the ground. Rasputin sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Brown is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rasputin tries to score with some ground and pound. Brown controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Rasputin in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Brown managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Rasputin .
Brown on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Brown tries to get out of the position. Brown sneaks back into half guard. Rasputin not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rasputin throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Brown to regain full guard. Rasputin with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Brown keeping moving, preventing Rasputin from controlling successfully. Rasputin with a flurry of punches that miss. Rasputin postures up and lands a big shot to Brown's brow. Rasputin postures up in Brown's guard and throws a big left but Brown blocks it. Rasputin loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Rasputin is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Brown is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Brown has escaped and now he's on top! Brown wants to stand and escape but instead Rasputin has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Rasputin postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rasputin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Rasputin postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Rasputin postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Rasputin trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Brown avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Rasputin working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Rasputin drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Brown dives on top into guard. Rasputin wants to get back to his feet but Brown passes into half guard.
Rasputin wants to control but Brown is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rasputin controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Rasputin has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Rasputin is looking for a sweep. Brown is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Rasputin looks like he's trying to stand up.
Rasputin desperately trying to maintain half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rasputin trying to control from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Piotr Rasputin dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Rasputin closes this distance looking for a takedown but Brown circles away. Rasputin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Brown tries to avoid it but Rasputin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Brown to the ground. Brown escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Rasputin with a poor takedown and Brown counters with a nice uppercut. DeAndre Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Piotr Rasputin . Rasputin keeps the fight on the outside. Rasputin shoots in for a takedown but Brown shows good takedown defense. Brown tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Brown tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rasputin paws at him with a jab and circles away. Rasputin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Brown but Brown pushes him off and we're back to square one. Rasputin shoots in looking for a takedown but Brown manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Rasputin 's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Brown lands a nice looking body shot.
Rasputin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Rasputin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. The fight stays on the outside here - Brown looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Brown throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rasputin shoots in for a takedown but Brown shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown throws a series of punches but Rasputin avoids them all with ease. Rasputin shoots in for a double leg but Brown sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Rasputin fails to land the takedown. Brown works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Nice takedown defense from Brown. No joy for Rasputin on that attempt. DeAndre Brown is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Rasputin takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Brown fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. DeAndre Brown is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Rasputin closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Rasputin is breathing heavily. Brown is looking to control Rasputin 's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Brown avoid being mounted? Rasputin prevents Brown from improving his position. Rasputin throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rasputin sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Brown defending well though. Brown holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Rasputin missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Rasputin scoring with strikes to the body and head. Rasputin is looking for a kimura but Brown is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Rasputin to get the leverage. Brown avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Rasputin . Brown slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Brown wants to sweep here but Rasputin controlling him for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rasputin throwing strikes but missing. Rasputin throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Rasputin trying to control but Brown is working from the bottom. Brown pulls Rasputin in close to prevent any damage. Rasputin throws a big right hand that misses. Rasputin in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rasputin missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Brown is looking to sweep but instead, Rasputin has passed into half guard.
Brown tries to roll over but Rasputin keeps him under control. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Brown has his hands clasped together around Rasputin 's back. He's all about the action. Rasputin stalling away here and it's allowed Brown to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Brown looking for a sweep. Not yet Brown, not yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that DeAndre Brown will probably get the nod. That's time! Brown's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Rasputin . Rasputin shoots in but no luck this time. Rasputin takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Brown is looking to clinch. Brown connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Rasputin doesn't succeed with the takedown and Brown counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Rasputin thinking. DeAndre Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Piotr Rasputin . Rasputin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown enabling Brown to counter with a crisp jab. Brown takes the fight into the clinch. Brown is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Rasputin wants a takedown.
Brown tries to work over Rasputin 's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rasputin is trying to drag Brown to the mat but Brown just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Rasputin tries for a takedown but Brown manages to get underhooks.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Rasputin as Brown tries to tie him up. Rasputin drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Brown gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Rasputin has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Brown after a bit of a struggle. A shot in the inside from Brown. Brown trying to control the position but instead, Rasputin has worked for underhooks and has pushed Brown into the cage. Brown is pressed up against the cage. Rasputin has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Brown down to the mat. Brown avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Rasputin takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rasputin shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Brown tries to get to full guard but Rasputin has control of the leg. Brown wants to control but Rasputin is keeping busy and won't allow it. Rasputin scoring with strikes to the body and head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Brown is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Rasputin scores with a couple of nice shots. Brown trying to control from the bottom.

Rasputin slips nicely into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rasputin slips a nice elbow through Brown's hands, connecting with Brown's forehead. Brown wants to improve his position but Rasputin is controlling well.
Rasputin lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Rasputin works his way into side control. Rasputin in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brown is looking to reverse the position. Rasputin works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rasputin landing a few strikes. Rasputin is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Rasputin is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Brown knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Rasputin throws an elbow but Brown slips to the side and avoids it well.
And that's the end of the fight! Piotr Rasputin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Rasputin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
