Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Walters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stefan Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kyle Walters could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Stefan Silva's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kyle Walters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stefan Silva!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Mauricio Rocha and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to clinch up but Walters circles away and keeps his distance.
Walters throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Silva wants to clinch up but Walters keeps it at a distance.
Walters shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Silva eats them both and turns towards Walters to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Silva wants to clinch but Walters slips to the side
and Walters counters with an outside leg kick.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up but Walters swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Walters shoots in looking for a takedown but Silva manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Walters's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Silva fails with an attempt to clinch.
Walters avoids the body shot from Silva.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Walters.
Stefan Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Walters drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Silva is looking for a sweep.
Silva manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Walters is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Silva tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva is refusing to be controlled, as Walters sits in half guard.
Walters blocks the strikes from Silva.
Silva tries to get to full guard but Walters has control of the leg.
Walters wants to stand up but Silva is controlling the position.
Walters trying to advance position but Silva counters by regaining guard.
Walters has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Silva is proving hard to escape from.
Walters decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Walters paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Walters darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Silva regains full guard. Nicely done.
Walters wants to get up but he can't break Silva's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Silva throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Walters tries to stand but Silva is controlling from the bottom.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Silva is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Silva lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Walters is trying to stand.
Silva passes the guard and advances to mount!
Silva postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Walters looks a forlorn figure.
Silva is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Walters can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Walters is desperately trying to improve his position but Silva has a good base and remains in mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Walters's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Silva has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Walters's face.
Silva scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Walters is working to get back to half guard.
Silva lands a couple of good shots and Walters has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Oooh a big shot gets through from Silva. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
Silva working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
Walters is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Franklin D. Bluth Memorial Supergym, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
You can see the frustration on Walters's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Walters trying to get back to his feet but Silva is in full control for now.

Silva punishes Walters with strikes from the back mount.
Walters is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Walters wants to get back to his feet.
I really don't envy Walters right now.
Silva looking to break Walters's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Walters remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Silva will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
Silva connects with a big shot to the side of Walters's head.
Silva lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Silva is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Walters. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.
Walters is rocked!
Silva keeps control of the position as Walters tries to break free.
Oh Walters is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Silva is landing with strikes from the back.
Silva has managed to slip his arm under Walters's chin. This could be all over... yep, Walters is tapping out! Submission win for Silva.
