Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rocco Kailea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Monroe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Monroe is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Simple Man - Lynyrd Skynyrd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kailea walks into a stiff left hand from Monroe.
It looks like Rocco Kailea has been cut.
Kailea ducks under a wild hook from Monroe.
Monroe misses with a left hand
and Kailea counters with a three punch combo that has Monroe backing up. Monroe nods at Kailea to acknowledge the strikes.
Kailea moves out of range as Monroe strikes.
Monroe throws a poor cross that misses
and Kailea counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Kailea stalks Monroe and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Monroe's face. Monroe staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Jon Monroe has been cut.
Jon Monroe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Monroe throws a body punch but Kailea moves out of range.
Monroe lands with a straight right. Kailea didn't see that one coming.
Kailea dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kailea misses with a head kick.

Monroe throws a looping overhand right but Kailea ducks down to avoid it.
Monroe lands with an uppercut that bounces Kailea off the cage and back into range.
Oh Kailea is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Monroe jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Monroe connects with a body shot that sends Kailea's belly button to the back.

and Kailea counters with a flying knee. Nice.

Kailea misses with a series of wild punches.

Kailea scores with a jab to the jaw.
Kailea swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Monroe misses with a body shot.
Monroe is looking to land body kicks.
Kailea waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Monroe.
Monroe cracks Kailea with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Kailea falls to his knees and Monroe doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
