Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Clark Kent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raoul Duke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kent comes to the cage accompanied by Very Sad Piano Music.... Lonely Raindrops by Domokos Elod .. Duke is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Pillz. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 19 - 0, fighting out of New York, Clark Kent!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 15 - 0, fighting out of London, Raoul Duke!
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Chad Campbell and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duke blocks a head kick by Kent.
Clark Kent seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kent fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Duke connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Kent is looking to clinch but Duke is avoiding it.
Duke circles away from the clinch attempt.
Duke tries a low kick but Kent avoids it.
Kent scoring well with a low kick there.
Kent uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Duke.
Duke throws a front kick aimed at Kent's knee but Kent avoids it well.
Duke misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kent.
Kent bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Duke's head.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Duke creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.


It looks like Clark Kent has been cut.

Duke breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kent uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Duke.
Kent takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Duke digs a good body shot into Kent's ribs.
Duke moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Duke thows a body shot but no joy.
Duke lunges at Kent with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kent's hand.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kent fails to land with a series of punches.
Kent throws a hook but Duke blocks it.
Duke is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Kent rather than just go for the knockout.
Duke swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Kent tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Duke misses with a low kick.
Kent swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Duke.
Kent listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Kent moves in looking to clinch but Duke pushes him off.
Duke shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
A bone on bone clash there as Kent blocks the leg kick.
Kent misses with a two punch combination.
Kent is looking to clinch.
Duke throws a shot from downtown. Kent moves away and avoids it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Duke pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kent throws a quick inside leg kick.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Duke lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kent has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kent and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Duke thows a body shot but no joy.
A chopping leg kick lands by Duke.
Kent ducks under a wild hook from Duke.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Kent moves into range and clinches up with Duke.

Duke breaks the clinch.
Duke connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Kent lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kent.
Kent doesn't manage to clinch there - Duke circles away.
Duke throws a nice head kick!

Kent fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Duke, pushing him back against the cage.

Kent breaks from the clinch.
Kent lands a two punch combo.
Duke misses with an uppercut. Kent saw that one coming.
Kent misses with a wild combination.
Kent connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Duke throws a low kick but Kent moves out of range easily.
Kent fails in his attempt to clinch.
Kent staying out of range there.
Duke throws a sloppy head kick and Kent moves out of range easily.
Duke slips a jab and a cross from Kent.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Duke avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kent is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Kent tries to score a power double leg takedown but Duke sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kent somewhat.
Kent misses with a double jab.
Kent tries to clinch but Duke moves out of range.
Duke tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Kent is able to avoid easily.
Kent fails with an attempt to clinch.

Kent moves into range and clinches up with Duke.
Kent missing with knees to the body.

Duke's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kent fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Kent slips a jab from Duke.
Kent staying out of range there.
Raoul Duke is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kent throws out a powerful jab.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Kent moves into the clinch.
With the fighters up against the cage, Duke throws an elbow but misses.

Kent pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kent uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Kent throws a leg kick
and Duke counters with a head kick. That will keep Kent thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Kent tries to clinch up.
It looks like Kent has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Duke walks into a straight right hand from Kent.
Kent lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Duke circles away quickly and effectively.
Duke misses with an attempted mid kick.
Today's fight clock is brought to you by... OOOH that's a huge shot by Kent! Duke is in big trouble here - the ref steps in to save him and this one is all over!
