Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chase Rollins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Braylon Beswicke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beswicke has chosen Kick in the teeth as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Chase Rollins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 20 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Braylon Beswicke!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Daniel Bishop and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rollins fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Beswicke uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rollins.
Rollins seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Rollins moves out of range as Beswicke strikes.
Beswicke lands with a hook. Rollins tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Beswicke misses the shot to the body.
A head kick misses from Beswicke.
Beswicke tries to score with a low kick but Rollins moves his leg out of the way.
Nice uppercut lands for Rollins. That snapped Beswicke's head back.
Rollins throws a leg kick which misses Beswicke's front leg but catches the back leg as Beswicke tries to avoid it.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Rollins throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Rollins takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Beswicke throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Rollins misses with a few strikes there.
Beswicke takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Good exchange - Beswicke coming out on top.
Rollins jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Beswicke, right into the meat.
Rollins throws a hook but Beswicke avoids it easily.

Rollins shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Beswicke's guard.
Beswicke pulls Rollins in close to his closed guard and prevents Rollins from doing any damage or advancing position.

Rollins bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Beswicke's head backwards.
Beswicke walks into a straight right hand from Rollins.

Beswicke defending well as Rollins loads up on a big left hand.
Beswicke throws an overhand right that lands on Rollins's shoulder, as Rollins tries to avoid the shot.

so Rollins counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Rollins throws an elbow that misses. Beswicke uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Rollins's guard. Nice move by Beswicke!

Beswicke wants to control but Rollins is having none of it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Beswicke is trying to maintain the position but Rollins is very close to passing his half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Braylon Beswicke dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Beswicke has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Rollins finds it's way round the side to connect with Beswicke's head.

Rollins has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Rollins there as he acknowledges the shot.

Beswicke avoids a kick to the body.
Beswicke throws a solid leg kick but Rollins takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Beswicke.
Beswicke tried to score with a low kick but Rollins checks it.
Rollins shoots for a takedown but Beswicke saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Chase Rollins.

Beswicke's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Rollins connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Beswicke scrambles back to his feet.

Braylon Beswicke showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Beswicke circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Rollins drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Beswicke follows Rollins to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

After winning the bout, Braylon Beswicke thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
