Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bada Boom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boom comes to the cage accompanied by Here Comes the BOOM by: POD. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bada Boom!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake Anderson!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Robert Douchet and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Boom.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Boom checks a leg kick.
Anderson shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Boom thuds his right hand into Anderson's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Anderson tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Boom is able to avoid easily.
Boom scores with a decent looking hook.
Boom looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Anderson throws a leg kick but Boom checks it.

Boom scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Anderson gets back to full guard.
Anderson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Boom is one step ahead there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Anderson has his foot on Boom's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Boom works his way back into a safe position though.

Boom avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boom works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Boom maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Anderson could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Boom has cracked it and Anderson is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Boom!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Bada Boom!
