Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jim Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King comes into a darkened arena with his song building. King of Kings kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be a great matchup!

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Sandra Marshall and David Hoff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King checks a leg kick.
King misses the shot to the body.
Jones pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces King back to the cage. Jones follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Jones enables King to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jones manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

King gets to his feet - Jones follows without any prompting.

King throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jones was covering up waiting for the punch and King finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

King is posturing up here but Jones has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! King tries to roll out but it's too tight and King has to tap! Slick submission there by Jones!
