Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jet Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Madi Baco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Madi Baco was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jet Taylor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Madi Baco!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Colin Fray and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baco has closed the distance and engaged Taylor in a clinch.
Baco pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Baco has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Taylor is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Baco scores with a body shot.
Baco moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Baco clinches up with Taylor and pushes him back against the cage.
Baco manages to break the clinch.
Taylor takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
A big left from Taylor misses.
Taylor misses with an uppercut. Baco saw that one coming.
Baco has taken the fight to the clinch.
Baco wants to break free but Taylor has control.
Baco landing knees to the body.
Taylor is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A head punch on the inside from Taylor fails to land.
Baco lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
It looks like Jet Taylor has been cut.
Baco's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Baco has managed to clinch.
Taylor misses with an elbow over the top.
Baco manages to break the clinch.
Taylor on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Baco takes the fight into the clinch.
Baco escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Baco uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Taylor has time to react.

Baco moves into range and clinches up with Taylor.
Baco utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Baco's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Taylor thows a left - swing and a miss!
Taylor takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Baco clinches up with Taylor and pushes him back against the cage.
Baco breaks from the clinch.
Baco feints a jab promting Taylor to slip. Baco then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Taylor slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

A nice inside leg kick there by Baco. That's going to slow Taylor down.
Baco is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Baco rushes Taylor and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Baco breaks from the clinch.
Baco lands a brutal head kick. Taylor looks out on his feet and Baco throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

After winning the bout, Madi Baco thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
