Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dominic Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and CM Punk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dominic Fox! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, CM Punk! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Jonathan Paton and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Punk scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Fox struggling a bit here. Punk tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Fox is trying to control Punk's posture but Punk avoids it. Punk staying calm. Fox tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Punk wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. The strikes coming from Punk are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Fox stops Punk from passing to mount. Fox is looking to reverse the position. Punk misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Fox could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. The referee asks Punk politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Punk prefers to stall for the moment though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fox is trying to improve his position. Fox parries the strikes from Punk easily there. Punk is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Fox to escape.
Punk has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's one minute gone in the round. Punk wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fox keeps working. Punk has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Punk looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Fox kicks off Punk and gets to his feet. Punk lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Fox throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Punk counters with a crisp one two that drops Fox! Punk thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Fox to his feet! Fox is in big trouble!
Fox is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Fox glances at the clock... BAM! Punk nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Fox crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Fox is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). CM Punk!
