Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Venturia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jt Colossus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Venturia might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Coolio - Gangsta's Paradise. Jesse Venturia could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jt Colossus's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colossus throws the left hand but Venturia avoids the punch easily.
Venturia circles away from the clinch attempt.

Colossus wants to clinch up but Venturia keeps it at a distance.
Colossus slips a jab and a cross from Venturia.

and Venturia cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Venturia throws a lazy right hand but Colossus sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Colossus sizes up Venturia with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Venturia will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Venturia has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Colossus finds it's way round the side to connect with Venturia's head.

Venturia throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Venturia takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Colossus is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Venturia had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Venturia moves out of range of the strikes.
Colossus displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Venturia throws out the jab.
Venturia throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Colossus will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Colossus, as that shot connected.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Colossus tries to close the distance and clinch but Venturia swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Good standup being displayed there by Venturia as he connects with a hook.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jt Colossus will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Colossus keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Venturia's efforts to push away.
Colossus tries to work over Venturia's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Colossus has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. So far he's outscoring his opponent in the clinch so it seems to have been worthwhile.
Venturia has had enough of the clinch but Colossus keeps him there for the moment.

Colossus creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Venturia's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Venturia drops to his knees and Colossus pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Jt Colossus really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Cripplers Corner logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
