The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Pierre wants to clinch
and Carrell counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps St Pierre thinking.
St Pierre wants to clinch but Carrell slips to the side
and Carrell counters with a solid body kick.
St Pierre tries to clinch
and Carrell counters with a leg kick.
St Pierre closes the distance but Carrell moves to the side
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Carrell throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
St Pierre looks winded!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Carrell lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Kesigan St Pierre seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carrell bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps St Pierre's head backwards.
Oooooh!!! Carrell has knocked St Pierre down with a huge combo! Carrell steps away and waves a wobbly St Pierre back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
St Pierre is rocked!
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Carrell - that will leave a mark!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Carrell, right into the meat.
Carrell fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Carrell connects with a body shot that sends St Pierre's belly button to the back.
St Pierre wants to stay close but Carrell steps back to make room for something. St Pierre seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Carrell and St Pierre drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
