Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Carwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alistair Overeem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carwin comes to the cage accompanied by Mama Said Knock You Out. Overeem comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Anthem kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Alistair Overeem told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body kick there by Overeem.
Overeem scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Overeem tries to clinch but Carwin moves away
and Carwin cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Overeem lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
It looks like Shane Carwin has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Overeem throws a nice inside leg kick.
Oh, that's a big right hand from Overeem and Carwin goes tumbling to the canvas! Overeem follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Carwin changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Nice defenses there by Overeem.
Carwin scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Overeem doesn't seem bothered though.
Alistair Overeem seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Carwin cracks Overeem with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Overeem looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Carwin finish him?
It looks like Alistair Overeem has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Carwin throws a nice looking combination but Overeem bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Overeem moves out of range of the strikes.
Overeem misses with a looping right.
Carwin lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Carwin drops Overeem with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Overeem looks back up at him and smiles so Carwin waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Overeem is rocked!
Overeem misses with a kick to the body.
Overeem is still on wobbly legs! Can Carwin finish him?
Carwin throws a quick inside leg kick.
Overeem seems to have recovered his senses.
Overeem is breathing heavily.
Carwin throws an uppercut from hell that sends Overeem clean off his feet! He's out cold! Carwin stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Shane Carwin!
An intense looking Shane Carwin took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'Do you quack? Do you quak like a duck when you suck!!! Hey after party at my place- I need a blow job!!! Gina!! I know your out there come on baby!!!!'.
