Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Noonan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trent Pope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Noonan's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, 3DD - Kryptonite. Pope has chosen LMFAO - Sexy and I Know It as his entrance music. Michael Noonan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
24 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Michael Noonan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
37 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Trent Pope! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pope swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Noonan counters with a thumping low kick. Pope throws a front kick aimed at Noonan's knee but Noonan avoids it well. Noonan tries a low kick but Pope avoids it. Noonan has been working on his boxing with his coaches at High Voltage Gym in the buildup to the fight. Noonan motions for Pope to come forward. Noonan throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Noonan looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Pope avoids a kick to the body.
Pope misses with an uppercut
and Noonan counters with a nice uppercut. Pope uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Noonan. Noonan misses the jab. Pope tries to close the distance and clinch up but Noonan swats him away and circles back towards the center. Noonan dives in for a single leg takedown but Pope sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Noonan lands a body punch. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Noonan. Noonan turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pope struggling a bit here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Noonan misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Pope manages to work his way to half guard, despite Noonan's best efforts. Noonan is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Pope defends it well. Noonan is working for a submission of some sort.
Noonan frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Noonan landing punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee warns Pope that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action! Pope is desperately trying to improve his position but Noonan has a good base and remains in mount. Noonan tries to take Pope's back but instead Pope uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Noonan in particular looking to stall. Noonan looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Pope with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Pope is trying to maintain the position but Noonan is very close to passing his half guard. Pope is looking to improve his position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Noonan wants to free his trapped foot but Pope is holding on for dear life with his legs. Pope wants to get back to full guard. Noonan seems to be looking for submissions.
Noonan trying to mount his opponent but Pope defends it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pope is trying to control but can't.
Noonan seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Pope does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Noonan throws a body kick that misses and Pope counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A left and a right from Pope both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Michael Noonan has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Pope swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pope moves out of range of the body kick. Pope swings for the body but Noonan moves out of range.
Pope takes the fight into the clinch. Noonan lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Pope backwards. Pope throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Noonan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Pope misses with a lunging right hand
and Noonan counters with a single leg into guard. Pope didn't expect that. Noonan throwing strikes from guard but Pope blocks nicely. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Noonan postures up and lands a big shot to Pope's brow. Noonan trying to control the position from guard on top but Pope is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Michael Noonan dominated that round. The cut man is working on Michael Noonan's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Noonan misses with a kick to the body.
Noonan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pope circles away. Pope misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pope throws a leg kick but Noonan checks it. Noonan gets tackled into the cage by Pope. Pope maintains the clinch. Noonan scores with an uppercut up the middle. Noonan tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Pope stalls. Noonan is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Pope is defending well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Noonan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pope misses with a body punch.
Pope throws an elbow that misses.
Noonan tries to pull guard but Pope forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Noonan scores with a nice hook to the head. Noonan tries a body shot but Pope blocks it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pope scores a nice knee to the body.
Noonan misses with the head strike.
Pope landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Noonan takes an elbow to the forehead. Noonan lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Pope tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Noonan's elbow. Pope lands a damaging elbow.
Michael Noonan's cut is getting worse. Pope connects with a knee to the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pope pushes Noonan back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Michael Noonan's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Pope lands a left hand.
Pope misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Noonan.
Pope lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Jeez, Michael Noonan's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Michael Noonan's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Trent Pope! An out of breath Trent Pope thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career. Michael Noonan was interviewed post fight and said 'Damn cuts...'.
