Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Santiago Holmes and Winston Alpacca.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Smith pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Every Day throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Smith's waist but Smith gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Every Day off to one side.
Every Day shoots for a takedown but Smith saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Every Day tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Smith counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Smith.

Every Day is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Smith decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Smith working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
It looks like Smith is going to stand back up.
Every Day is trying to escape back to his feet but Smith uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Smith wants to lay and pray for a moment but Every Day keeps working.
The referee asks Smith politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Smith prefers to stall for the moment though.

Every Day wanted to stand there but Smith had control of the position.
